Light airy living rooms -- each
with glass sliding doors opening onto a fenced in patio, some
patios are connected, but separated by a fence. Utility room with space for own washer/dryer. Electric or gas
may be used.
Each apartment has its own individually controlled gas hot
water heater and gas furnace.
Parquet floors are in all the apartments. However carpets may
be installed at tenants expense.
Kitchens are equipped with garbage disposal, self-defrost
refrigerators, electric stove and exhaust hood. If you already
own or would like to purchase your own appliances we will remove
ours. There is also a gas hook-up for gas ranges.
Apartments are painted every 5 years at no cost to tenant.
All apartments are two bedrooms
- Master bedroom: 10’ by 12’
- Smaller bedroom: 10’ by 10’
Windows are furnished with traverse rods or you may install
your own window treatments. Cabinets, floors and counters in the kitchen have been
replaced beginning in 2002.
Mowing, plowing, planting, trash/recycling pickup and
maintenance are included in the monthly rent.
Utilities are not included in the present monthly rent, this
gives the tenant the decision to control, to their own liking,
how warm or cool their apartment is. A reserved parking space is assigned to each apartment.
